Pay securely by card when you book, or choose to pay on the day. Every booking gets a receipt you can download from your account.

Yes. Every cleaner is interviewed, ID and right-to-work checked, and trained on our checklists before they work for you. All jobs are covered by public liability insurance.

Yes, we bring everything needed. If you prefer specific products, add a note to your booking.

Yes. Changes and cancellations are free with 48 hours' notice. Within 48 hours a cancellation fee may apply, as set out in our terms.

Tell us within 48 hours (72 hours for end of tenancy cleans) and we will come back to re-clean the areas concerned at no cost.

No. Many customers leave keys with a concierge, neighbour or key safe. Add instructions to your booking.

We clean to the standard letting agents check against, and we offer a 72-hour re-clean guarantee. Deposit decisions are made by your landlord or agent, but a professional clean with a receipt is the strongest evidence you can give them.

Yes, ideally. Furniture and boxes block the areas agents check most closely, such as skirting boards and inside wardrobes.

A standard wipe of the oven exterior is included. A full inside-oven deep clean can be added as an extra when you book.

A two-bedroom flat usually takes a team of two around three hours. We send more cleaners for larger homes so the job is finished in a day.

No. We move light items ourselves. For heavy furniture, let us know in advance if you want us to clean behind it.

Yes. We match you with one regular cleaner and only send cover if they are on holiday or unwell, and we tell you in advance.

Your cleaner can bring professional products and equipment, or use yours if you prefer. Just tell us when you book.

Book once the trades have finished and removed their tools and rubbish. Dust keeps settling for a day or two after sanding, so we recommend booking one or two days after the last trade leaves.

We remove normal cleaning waste. Building rubble and large items need a waste carrier.

Usually two to four hours, depending on ventilation and the type of carpet.

Most everyday stains lift completely. Some old, set-in stains such as bleach or dye marks may only fade, and we will tell you honestly before we start.

Yes. We use non-caustic products, so there are no fumes and you can cook the same day.

Yes. Leather is cleaned and conditioned with specialist products rather than water extraction.

Yes. Most of our commercial clients choose early mornings or evenings, and weekend slots are available.

We change linen you provide. If you would like us to arrange a linen hire and laundry service, contact us for a quote.

Yes. Tell us the time you collect the keys and we will arrive shortly after, or collect the keys from the agent if they allow it.
