Dustiro is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
Your name, contact details, address and postcode, booking details, messages you send us, and payment status (card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us). If you apply for a job, we collect the information in your application and any documents you upload.
Why we use it
To provide and manage your bookings (contract), to send service messages such as confirmations and reminders (contract), to improve our services and prevent fraud (legitimate interests), to meet legal obligations such as tax records and right-to-work checks (legal obligation), and to send marketing only where you have agreed (consent).
Who we share it with
Our cleaners (only what they need for your job), Stripe for payments, Brevo for sending email, and our hosting provider. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Booking and financial records for six years. Unsuccessful job applications for six months. Marketing preferences until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, or ask for a copy. Email hello@dustiro.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
