How postcode territories work
You choose your area
Territories are built from postcode districts (like HA1) or sectors (like HA1 2), sized around the number of homes and demand we already see.
It's locked to you
Once you sign, those postcodes can't be sold to anyone else. The website checks every postcode and sends the booking to its owner automatically.
You grow into more
As your team grows, you get first refusal on neighbouring postcodes before they're offered to anyone else.

Franchise questions
Do I need cleaning experience?
No. Most franchisees come from management, sales or trades. We train you on our services, quoting standards, hiring and the CRM. What matters is that you can lead a team and look after customers.
What happens when a customer outside my postcodes books?
They can't book online unless their postcode is covered. Bookings inside your territory are routed to you; anywhere else goes to its owner or to head office.
How do I get paid?
Customers pay by card online or pay your team on the day. Card payments are collected centrally and paid out monthly with a statement showing your jobs, gross value and fees.
Can I work part-time to start?
Many owners start alongside another job and hire their first cleaners within a few months. Your territory and the booking system grow with you.
Is this a regulated investment?
